Keeping the connection
A connected number can stop working for RocketLead without anyone in RocketLead doing anything. Each case shows on Settings → WhatsApp, and the ones that need an admin also show a banner to every admin across the console.
When a number stops

While a number is Unterbrochen, RocketLead neither sends nor receives through it. Sends from the inbox and from requests are refused, and automations using it fail. Everything received before stays.
When WhatsApp itself reconnects a number it disconnected, RocketLead picks it up again on its own. Access RocketLead lost on its side needs a reconnect through RocketLead.
Reconnecting
Section titled “Reconnecting”Erneut verbinden runs the same connection as the first time. The number comes back as the same channel: its conversations, its assignment to an identity and its history continue where they stopped.
The connection picks one number, but RocketLead’s access covers the whole WhatsApp Business Account. Its other numbers that stopped because of a disconnect or lost access come back with it, as long as they are still in the WhatsApp Business app. A number WhatsApp itself disconnected needs its own reconnect.
Disconnecting on purpose
Section titled “Disconnecting on purpose”Settings → WhatsApp → Von RocketLead trennen (admins only):
- WhatsApp stops sending RocketLead anything for that account.
- RocketLead discards its access to the account and stops sending through its numbers.
- Messages and conversations stay in RocketLead. The number shows as Getrennt and can be reconnected later.
The number itself stays in the studio’s WhatsApp Business app. To detach it there completely, the studio opens the app: Settings → Account → Business Platform.
When an organization is deleted or reset
Section titled “When an organization is deleted or reset”RocketLead unsubscribes every WhatsApp account of the organization from WhatsApp before deleting its data, so no messages arrive for an organization that no longer exists. Its WhatsApp access and the raw messages WhatsApp delivered are deleted with it, on a reset too.
