Form shows no available slots — the resource-side checkbox

You’ve configured a form. The appointment types are selected. The form loads in the browser, the dropdown shows the right appointment types — but no available times are listed.

This is almost always the Für Interessenten buchbar checkbox on the resource slots backing those appointment types.

This article is the form-builder’s view of the same gotcha. If you’re investigating from the scheduling side, read the scheduling article instead.

A form has its own appointment-type filter — the form’s settings let you pick which types to offer. A resource slot has its own Für Interessenten buchbar flag — controlling whether prospects can see that slot at all.

Both must align. If the form offers Probetraining Minis but no Minis slot has the prospect-bookable flag, the form shows the type with no times.

When a form is empty:

  1. Check the resource slots. Open the resource planner for the linked calendar. Pick the appointment type’s underlying resource. Are at least some slots in the next 30 days marked Für Interessenten buchbar? If no — fix it there; you’re done.
  2. Check the form’s appointment-type filter. Did you accidentally leave out the appointment type you’d offer? Check the form settings.
  3. Check the appointment type’s resource mapping. Is the appointment type linked to the right resource? An “orphan” appointment type — one with no resource — never surfaces.
  4. Check for blockers. Has a vacation blocker been put on the relevant date range that covers all the visible window?
  5. Check the appointment type’s search length vs. the slot duration. A 90-minute search length against a calendar of 60-minute slots returns nothing.

Steps 1 first; 95% of cases stop there.

The form-builder UI will eventually show a warning when:

  • You’ve selected appointment types X, Y, Z to offer
  • … AND zero resource slots of those types are marked Für Interessenten buchbar

This makes the failure mode immediately visible at form-build time, instead of mysteriously empty at runtime. Not built yet; this article is the safety net.
