Household grouping in the lead pool
Because a person exists once, the lead pool can show all their requests together. In the table view, requests that share a Hauptkontakt are grouped into one row:
- The newest request represents the group.
- Older ones sit behind an expander: “Eine weitere Anfrage derselben Person” / “N weitere Anfragen derselben Person”.
- Selecting a grouped row for a bulk action includes its sub-rows.
The list view shows the same count.
Grouping follows your filters and search: only requests that match are grouped, so a household can look smaller when some of its requests are filtered out.
Switching it off
Section titled “Switching it off”Grouping is on by default. Turn it off in the pool toolbar’s ”…” menu → Darstellung → Nach Kontakt gruppieren. The choice is saved per user, not per org.
